How long can your bonbons last?
La Bomboneria’s bonbons must be consumed within three (3) weeks in refrigerated conditions for the best tasting experience.

How do I store my bonbons?
Put your bonbons in an airtight container and store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Can I really refrigerate my bonbons?
Unlike in some countries (e.g. those in Europe and North America) where chocolate can be stored at room temperature, the hot and humid climate of the Philippines exposes chocolate to an environment where it can easily melt. It is a reality in our part of the world that chocolates are refrigerated. Just make sure, again, to store them in an airtight container. Otherwise, your bonbons make taste and smell like whatever is in your refrigerator.

Are you Halal-certified or Muslim-friendly?
La Bombonería is not (yet) Halal-certified. (It is my goal in the future to be Halal-certified.) As much as possible, I try my best to process the bonbons in a Muslim-friendly manner. There are no ingredients in the bonbons that are not Muslim-friendly.

Are you vegan-friendly?
I plan to be vegan-friendly in the near future. For now, vegans may consume the 62% dark chocolate and langka bonbons as they do not contain dairy.

Where is your chocolate from?
I use world-class and high quality couverture chocolate with cacao traced from Davao - the chocolate capital of the Philippines. The ingredients for the fillings are sourced from South Cotabato.

Do your bonbons have allergens?
La Bomboneria’s bonbons are processed in a facility that has nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Ten (10) out of 12 bonbons have dairy.

Do you cater events, do corporate gifts, and customize designs?
As long as this is posted, not yet. I (Jecon, the confiseur) am alone in making all the bonbons. For now, I can only offer what I sell. On the other hand, I can do large orders (up to 500 bonbons). as long as orders are made two weeks to a month before delivery.

Do you accept rush orders?
No!
