Terms and Conditions for Ordering
I. AREAS COVERED
The Philippines has a hot and humid climate. As chocolate products are highly perishable and fragile, La Bombonería prefers that orders be delivered to the following destinations to maintain the quality of bonbons:
- Metro Manila
- Bulacan (Meycauayan and SJDM)
- Rizal (Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay, and San Mateo)
- Cavite (Imus, Bacoor, Cavite City, Kawit, and Dasmariñas)
- Laguna (San Pedro)
For customers beyond the mentioned areas and are well within the reach of Grab/Lalamove delivery, you may still order. However, please understand the potential risks (e.g. possible melting, damage) of long-distance travel on bonbons.
You may request an insulated pouch (for an additional fee) to ensure the quality maintenance of the bonbons.
II. PICKUP DATES AND TIMES
Bombonería Dreisbach is open on Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. There are specific pick-up times for delivery before lunch and late in the afternoon. Please read the “How to Order” instructions after this for further information. NO RUSH ORDERS!
III. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, I have limited control over shipping conditions.
I recommend you ensure that someone is available to receive the package, especially in hot weather, to avoid melting issues. While I do my best to package items securely, I cannot offer refunds for chocolates that have melted due to weather conditions during transit.
Due to the highly perishable nature of bonbons, do not accept returns. I strive to maintain the highest quality, and once the bonbons leave my facility, I cannot accept them back for health and safety reasons.
IV. CANCELLATIONS
For same-day orders, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible as the bonbons are made fresh.
For pre-ordered items, you can cancel your order up to 1 hour before your set pick-up time.
Once I confirm that your order is canceled, I can refund your payment, less the transaction fee of GCash or InstaPay. Please provide the GCash or bank account information on where you want the refund to be deposited.
